Things To Know

A quick guide to site prep, permits, roof styles, and what happens after you order.

1. Design & Quote

Pick a size and options online or by phone. We send an itemized quote.

2. Order & Deposit

A deposit locks your build slot and color selections.

3. Site Prep

Level your area and confirm access for our delivery truck.

4. Install Day

Our crew sets, anchors, and finishes the building — usually in one day.

Site Preparation

Your pad should be level across the footprint and clear of obstructions. Gravel, concrete, and asphalt all work; concrete gives the cleanest finish and the strongest anchoring.

Permits & Certification

Many counties require a permit for enclosed buildings. Certified buildings require engineered drawings and extra material at an additional cost for local wind and snow loads. Ask us before you order — it affects price.

Anchoring

We anchor to the surface you have or depending on how hard the surface is. Rebar anchors for ground, rebar for asphalt, and wedge anchors for concrete. Mobile home anchors are available at an additional cost.

Roof Styles

Regular roof is the most economical rounded style. Boxed eave adds an A-frame look with horizontal panels. Vertical roof runs panels top to bottom so rain, leaves, and snow shed off — recommended for widths over 30' or heavy snow areas.

Lead Times

Most buildings install within 3–4 weeks of order. Larger commercial and certified buildings run 4–8 weeks depending on how long fabrication takes.
