Quotes are valid for 30 days and assume a level, accessible site. Prices exclude permits, concrete work, site grading, and sales tax unless stated on the quote.

Orders & Deposits
A deposit is required to schedule fabrication and installation. Deposits are applied to the balance and become non-refundable once materials are ordered.
Site Readiness
The customer is responsible for a level pad, clear access for delivery vehicles, and marking underground utilities. Return trips caused by an unready site may incur a fee.
Delivery & Installation
Install dates are estimates and may shift due to weather or permitting. Our crew will confirm scheduling by phone before arrival.
Warranty
Framing carries a 20 year rust-through warranty, panels a 20 year limited paint warranty, and workmanship 90 days from installation. Damage from misuse, alteration, or acts of nature is excluded.
Limitation of Liability
Shield Buildings LLC is not liable for incidental or consequential damages, including property stored in or near the building.
