About Us
Built Strong To Protect What Matters
Shield Buildings is a family-run steel building company based in Browns Summit, North Carolina, serving customers throughout the Southeast.
Our Story
We started with a single carport crew and a simple promise: quote it honestly, build it right, and stand behind it. Today our fabrication partners and in-house install crews deliver thousands of custom buildings every year — carports, garages, barns, combo buildings, lean-tos, and full commercial structures.
Every building is engineered for the wind and snow loads where it will actually stand, anchored to your surface, and finished with premium 29 gauge panels in your choice of 15 colors.
